Working principle
When the toothed roller crusher is working, when the material enters the crushing chamber of the machine, it is subjected to the meshing force of the rotating roller shaft, causing the material to pass between the two rollers and be squeezed and sheared by the roller shaft. The material begins to break down, and the small particles that break down follow the tangent line of the roller rotation and are thrown down the machine through the gap between the two roller shafts. Large particles that exceed the gap continue to be broken into small particles and discharged.
