Introduction to drum stone washing machine
Drum washing is widely used for various difficult to wash large ores, and drum washing machines are also known as cylindrical washing machines or drum washing machines. Mainly used for desliming operations of artificial sand and gravel materials smaller than 80mm. It has the advantages of a large feed particle size, a mud content of less than 0.5% in the washed aggregate, and a moisture content of less than 2%. The efficiency of ore washing can reach about 98%, and this combination is currently the most effective method for difficult to wash ores.

Working principle of drum stone washing machine

The cleaning cylinder of the drum stone washing machine is supported by four tugboats, and the motor drives the reducer. The large and small gears drive the low-speed rotation of the cleaning cylinder. The aggregate containing mud lumps and stone powder is fed into the rotating drum through the feeding port, and is continuously lifted and dropped by a wear-resistant rubber lining plate installed at a certain angle in the cleaned drum. During the movement from the feeding end to the discharging end, it circulates multiple times and is washed by forward or reverse flushing water. The cleaned aggregate is sieved and dehydrated by the discharge end drum screen before being discharged. Wastewater containing sludge flows out through perforated baffles at the discharge or feed end.
