Corundum brick refers to Al₂O₃Refractory brick products with a content greater than 90%, and refractory material products with corundum as the main crystal phase. High room temperature compressive strength (up to 340MPa), high load softening temperature (greater than 1700 ℃), strong chemical stability, and hardness up to Mohs 9,tallMelting point, strong resistance to acidic or alkaline slag, metals, and glass liquids.

Characteristics of Corundum Brick:Corundum bricks have acid and alkali resistant chemical properties, such as slag, metal, and glass melt. They can achieve good performance in both oxidizing and reducing atmospheres at high temperatures.

The basic raw materials for corundum bricks include sintered corundum and fused corundum, which are respectively made into sintered corundum bricks and fused corundum bricks. Other mineral materials can also be added to form composite materials, such as zirconium corundum bricks, chromium corundum bricks, titanium corundum bricks, etc., to improve their performance and adapt to various usage environments.

Corundum bricks are mainly used in hot spots of industrial kilns that require high temperature and wear resistance equipment, such as slide rail bricks for metallurgical furnaces, steel tapping troughs for stepper heating furnaces, linings for garbage incinerators, linings for kilns in the petrochemical industry, and bottoms of steel rolling mills.
