ZYSS-600B online sludge concentration meter, the infrared light emitted by the transmitter on its sensor is absorbed, reflected, and scattered by the measured substance during transmission, and only a small part of the light can reach the receiver. The transmittance of the transmitted light is related to the concentration of the measured sewage, so the concentration of the sewage can be calculated by measuring the transmittance of the transmitted light. The four beam technology utilizes two transmitters and two receivers, with each transmitter emitting infrared light that is transmitted and directed onto the two receivers, creating a series of optical paths and obtaining a data matrix. By analyzing these data signals, the accurate concentration of suspended solids in the measured medium can be obtained, and interference can be effectively eliminated to compensate for deviations caused by pollution, enabling the instrument to operate in harsh environments.
2. Product Usage
Online real-time monitoring of sludge concentration is widely used in water plants, power plants, sewage treatment plants, pharmaceutical plants, and hospitals to accurately measure the concentration of various water samples.

Built in bubble elimination system (flow type) to improve measurement accuracy and stability.

Good reproducibility, unaffected by sample flow rate and pressure (input type).

Communication function (optional): Equipped with RS-485 communication interface (partially compatible with MODBUS protocol), the corresponding value of 4-20 mA current output can be set arbitrarily.
