■ Overview

The ZY-ZJHQ/ZJHX pneumatic thin film three-way regulating valve adopts a cylindrical thin-walled window shaped valve core guidance, which is different from the liner guidance of the plunger shaped valve core. Equipped with multiple spring actuators, it has the advantages of simple structure, light weight, small volume, and easy disassembly and assembly. Widely used for precise control of processes involving gases, liquids, and other media, such as maintaining pressure, flow rate, temperature, and liquid level at given values. Suitable for situations where a fluid is split into two streams through a three-way valve or two fluids are combined into one fluid through a three-way valve.

Nominal pressure: PN1.6、4.0、6.4MPa

Flange standards: JB/T79.1-94~79.2-94, etc

Materials: cast steel (ZG230-450), cast stainless steel (ZG1Cr18Ni9Ti, ZG1Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti), etc

Upper valve cover: standard type -17~+230 ℃, heat dissipation type+230~+450 ℃, bellows seal -40~+350 ℃

Cover type: bolt compression type

Packing: V-shaped PTFE packing, PTFE impregnated asbestos packing, graphite packing

Structural forms: standard type, heat dissipation type, and corrugated tube sealing type (see Figure 1-6 for details)
