ZY-CSB-YWJ seriesIntegrated ultrasonic level gaugeIt is a digital liquid level instrument controlled by a microprocessor. In measurement, pulsed ultrasonic waves are emitted by sensors, and the sound waves are reflected by the surface of the liquid and received by the same sensor, which converts them into electrical signals. Ultrasonic level gauges have functions such as automatic power adjustment, temperature compensation, and anti-interference. Due to the use of non-contact measurement, the measured medium is almost uncontrollable and can be widely used in various environments such as water, acid and alkali, mud, food, etc.
The ZY-CSB-YWJ series integrated ultrasonic level gauge can adopt two-wire, three wire, or four wire technology. The power supply circuit and signal output circuit are independent. When using DC 24V power supply, a 3-core cable can be used, and the negative end of the power supply and the negative end of the signal output share the same core wire; When using AC 220V power supply, or when using DC 24V power supply and requiring isolation between the power supply circuit and the signal output circuit, a 4-core cable should be used. DC or AC power supply, with 4-20mADC and high/low switch output.

Principles of instrument installation:
1) The distance from the probe head to the lowest liquid level should be less than the range of the selected instrument.
2) The distance from the probe head to the highest liquid level should be greater than the blind spot of the selected instrument.
3) The emitting surface of the probe should be in equilibrium with the liquid surface.
4) The installation position of the probe should try to avoid positions where the liquid level fluctuates violently, such as the inlet and outlet directly below.
5) If the pool wall or tank wall is not smooth, the installation position of the instrument should be at least 0.5m away from the pool wall or tank wall.
6) If the distance from the probe head to the highest liquid level is less than the blind spot of the selected instrument, an extension tube should be installed with a diameter greater than 120mm and a length of 0.45m to 0.60m. It should be installed vertically with a smooth inner wall, and the opening on the tank should be larger than the inner diameter of the extension tube. Alternatively, connect the pipe to the bottom of the tank, with a diameter greater than 100mm, and leave a hole at the bottom of the pipe to maintain the liquid level in the extended pipe at the same height as the tank.
Installation precautions
1) The instrument can be easily installed outdoors by adding a sunshade to extend its service life.
2) Wire and cable protection pipes should be sealed to prevent water accumulation.
3) Although the instrument itself has lightning protection devices, it is recommended to install dedicated lightning protection devices at the inlet and outlet of the instrument when it is used in areas with frequent lightning strikes.
4) When the instrument is used in extremely hot and cold places, where the ambient temperature may exceed the working requirements of the instrument, it is recommended to install high and low temperature devices around the level gauge.
