Main purpose:

This machine is an essential equipment for washing, drying, and sterilizing (water) powder injection formulation stoppers and aluminum caps. This series of equipment uses a PLC programming controller, high-pressure water spray, silicification, drying, and sterilization to be automatically completed in one go inside the box. The human-machine interface on the control panel displays various states during automatic operation, The PID temperature controller monitors the temperature in a timely manner, and the operating parameters are set on the human-machine interface according to the process requirements. When entering sterilization, the temperature changes during the sterilization process are recorded by the printer, and manual operations can be performed on the human-machine interface for washing and sterilization. The equipment is made of 316L material at the contact rubber plug, and 1Cr18Ni9Ti material at other parts. It adopts imported PLC and frequency converter with adjustable speed and automatic temperature control. Solid state relay is used to extend the service life of the switch. The water pump uses imported Danish Grundfos pump, which works reliably. Automatic plug removal reduces secondary pollution. After washing and sterilization, the rubber plugs have been inspected and certified by the National Medical Products Administration's Pharmaceutical Testing Center to meet national GMP standards.
