Working principle

ZSW vibrating feeder is composed of feeding tank body, exciter, spring support, transmission device, etc. The vibration source of the trough vibration feeding is the exciter, which is composed of two eccentric shafts (active and passive) and a gear pair. The exciter is driven by an electric motor through a V-belt to drive the active shaft, and then the passive shaft is rotated by the gear meshing on the active shaft. The active and passive shafts rotate in the opposite direction at the same time, causing the trough to vibrate and continuously flow the material, achieving the purpose of conveying the material.
