Safety:
1. Leakage protection: When a leakage occurs in an electric steam boiler, the power supply is promptly cut off through a leakage circuit breaker to ensure personal safety.
2. Water shortage protection: When the boiler is short of water, the heating tube control circuit should be cut off in a timely manner to prevent dry burning and damage to the heating tube. At the same time, the controller will issue a water shortage alarm indication.
3. Grounding protection: When the boiler shell is electrified, the leakage current is guided to the ground through the grounding wire to ensure personal safety.
4. Steam overpressure protection: When the boiler steam pressure exceeds the set upper limit pressure, the safety valve starts and releases steam to reduce the pressure.
5. Overcurrent protection: When the boiler operates under overload (high voltage), the residual current circuit breaker will automatically disconnect.
6. Power protection: After detecting overvoltage, undervoltage, or phase failure in electronic circuits, reliable power-off protection is provided.
Reasonable use of electricity, dividing the power into several segments, and automatically cycling and cutting off the number of heating rod groups by the controller. Users can also manually determine the heating power according to actual needs by pressing the corresponding switch. The boiler will adjust the electrical load according to the change in temperature difference load, ensuring the balance between power and load. The segmented and step-by-step switching of heating pipes reduces the impact of the boiler on the power grid during operation.
