ZDF700A Pneumatic Plastic Film Large Bag Sealing Machine is suitable for intermittent packaging sealing of plastic bags or composite bags with a sealing length less than 700mm and a weight less than 50kg. This machine is powered by compressed air, with adjustable sealing pressure and stable and reliable quality. It can be operated manually or with a foot switch, and is lightweight and simple. Operation process:

Place the machine on flat ground and connect it to the power supply;

2. Introduction of external air source: Connect one end of a flexible air pipe with an outer diameter of 8mm to the air source, and fix the other end to the air inlet joint at the lower back of the machine, and push the air pipe into place;

3. Air pressure inspection: When the external air source pressure is ≥ 6kg/cm ², the pressure gauge on the right side of the machine should be checked to see if it is around 5kg/cm ².

Connect the power and gas sources, turn on the power switch on the panel, set the temperature, sealing time, and cooling time (usually 3-5 seconds).

Complete the above operations to enter the work.
