The ZCG suspended center drive scraper is suitable for small and medium-sized radial flow sedimentation tanks with central inlet, peripheral outlet, and central discharge of sludge; Mainly used for discharging sludge from sedimentation tanks in urban sewage treatment plants or industrial wastewater treatment projects.
Structure and working principle
The equipment adopts a central transmission and suspension type. Sewage flows from the inlet pipe of the working bridge into the guide tube for diffusion, and then flows out uniformly in a radial manner to the surrounding area. The suspended sludge settles at the bottom of the tank after sedimentation. The driving device drives the central vertical shaft to rotate, and drives the scraper wall and scraper plate to rotate. The sludge is scraped from the periphery of the tank to the central collection tank, and then discharged outside the tank through the discharge pipe by the static water pressure inside the tank. The floating slag on the water surface is skimmed to the edge of the tank by the skimming device, and then hung into the slag hopper by the scraper rake and discharged outside the tank; The supernatant overflows into the water outlet tank through a triangular weir plate and is discharged.
Main features
1. The work bridge can adopt a full bridge structure, and its material can be carbon steel, stainless steel, or concrete structure;
2. The driving device adopts a vertical three-stage cycloidal pinwheel reducer or a combination of helical gear reducer and worm gear reducer to ensure the output torque and speed;
3. The scraper adopts a linear scraper;
4. The lower end of the vertical shaft of the mud scraper is equipped with a drainage bearing and a scraper to avoid the deviation of the vertical shaft during rotation and the accumulation of sludge in the mud collection tank;
5. Set up dual overload protection for mechanical and electrical equipment, ensuring safe and reliable operation;
6. Easy to operate, equipped with a local/remote control switch, which can directly control the equipment.
