The ZBGX peripheral transmission scraper suction machine is suitable for medium and large diameter radial flow sedimentation tanks with central inlet, peripheral outlet, and central discharge. It is mainly used for discharging sludge in the secondary sedimentation tank of urban sewage treatment plants.
Structure and working principle
The equipment adopts peripheral transmission. Sewage flows into the inlet pipe at the center of the pool, and after being diffused by the stabilizing cylinder, it flows out uniformly in a radial manner towards the periphery. The suspended sludge settles at the bottom of the pool after sedimentation. The driving device drives the working bridge to rotate along the periphery, and drives the scraper wall and scraper plate to rotate. The scraper collects the sludge, which is then sucked into the sludge collection tank by the suction pipe relying on the static water pressure in the pool and discharged into the central sludge tank. It is then discharged outside the pool through the central sludge discharge pipe. The floating slag on the water surface is introduced into the slag discharge hopper through the rotating slag skimming device and discharged outside the pool; The supernatant overflows into the water outlet tank through a triangular weir plate and is discharged.
Main features
1. The working bridge can be of half bridge or full bridge type, and its material can be carbon steel, stainless steel, or aluminum alloy, etc;
2. The driving device adopts a shaft mounted helical gear reducer and an active roller direct transmission, with a compact structure and high mechanical efficiency;
3. The suction pipe adopts a horn mouth type, which has a good suction effect;
4. There are two types of suction methods: self-priming and siphon (the former is commonly used);
5. Set up dual overload protection for mechanical and electrical equipment, ensuring safe and reliable operation;
6. Easy to operate, equipped with a local/remote control switch, which can directly control the equipment.
