This machine tool isOn the basis of the "series design drilling machine", a product that has been optimized and redesigned in accordance with technological progress and development. Mainly suitable for drilling, expanding, reaming, countersunking, and threading of black metal parts. This series of machine tools has the following characteristics:
1) The main functions of the machine tool, such as handles and buttons, are all concentrated on the spindle box panel, making it very convenient to operate the machine tool.
2）The rocker arm drives the outer column to rotate around the inner column± 180 °.
3) The rocker arm can be freely raised and lowered along the outer column.
4) The spindle box can move left and right along the rocker arm guide rail.
5）This machine tool has three usesThe "diamond block clamping" mechanism, the rocker arm lifting is achieved by the top motor of the column through the screw nut pair transmission. And the lifting nut is equipped with a safety nut to ensure that the rocker arm cannot suddenly fall down. The rocker arm clamping is achieved by hydraulic driven diamond blocks. After clamping, the diamond block locks itself. After the up or down clamping action of the rocker arm is completed, it is controlled by the electrical switch on the oil cylinder seat, and the rocker arm automatically clamps. Spindle box and column clamping: The spindle box and column clamping are both hydraulically driven diamond block clamping. The two actions can be performed simultaneously or separately by manipulating the knob on the spindle box panel.
6) The electrical control of the machine tool adopts a programmable controller, which has reliable performance.
