BY-XJ-4000 12 input yellow screen paperless recorder, capable of inputting signals such as standard current, standard voltage, frequency, millivolts, thermocouples, thermal resistance, etc. It has functions such as sensor isolation distribution output, relay alarm output, transmission output, flow accumulation, temperature and pressure compensation, historical data transfer and storage, printing, and remote communication.

5.1-inch 160 × 128 dot matrix graphic LCD display with LED backlight.
The screen contrast can be freely adjusted;
High speed, high-performance 32-bit ARM microprocessor, with a screen response time of less than 0.2 seconds, capable of detecting, recording, displaying, and alerting 12 signals simultaneously;
Adopting new large-scale integrated circuits and carefully designed components from internationally renowned factories;
Large capacity FLASH flash memory chips store historical data and never lose data in case of power failure;
Fully isolated input, capable of inputting multiple signals without the need for jumpers, can be configured through software;
The quantity display has a wide range of numerical values and can display 5-digit values: -9999 to 19999;
Support vacuum Scientific notation display;
Chinese Laidan configuration, display project tag number, and engineering unit. The software password lock ensures user configuration security.
Alarm display, indicating the lower and lower limits, lower and upper limits, and upper and upper limits of each channel alarm. Can record the last 15 alarm messages;
Use USB 2.0 interface to transfer and backup historical records, supporting 256MB, 512MB, and 1GB USB drives;
Standard serial communication interfaces: RS-485 and RS-232C;
Supports standard Modbus RTU communication protocol, in addition to our company's ScanX data management software, it also supports popular professional configuration software such as iFIX, Kingview, MCGS, PCAuto, etc., without the need for dedicated drivers;
Can be connected to an external micro printer, supporting manual printing and timed automatic printing, meeting the needs of users for on-site printing;

The compensation model is rich and can compensate for various media such as liquids, general gases, steam, and natural gas.
The small flow supplement metering function compensates according to the set value after the instrument loses power.
Provide 8-hour shift reports, 12 hour shift reports, daily reports, and monthly reports. The settlement time can be freely set.
When the temperature sensor or pressure sensor malfunctions, it will automatically switch to the set temperature and pressure to calculate the compensation amount.
It has a power-off recording function, which records the time of instrument power on and power-off, displays the cumulative power-off time, and prevents users from stealing steam during power outages.
The all aluminum sealed shell and internal shielding plate ensure the normal operation of the instrument in harsh environments.
