Purpose: It is developed to adapt to the matching of 1t, 2t, and 4t/h boilers.
Type: This fan is designed as a single suction system, with machine numbers including № 4.5C 6.3C, 8C, and D, equipped with 1t, 2t 4-ton boiler. It can be made in two types: "reverse" and "forward". The position of the air outlet is represented by the angle of the air outlet of the casing. Both "reverse" and "forward" can be made in three angles: 0 °, 90 °, and 180 °.
Structure: The fan is mainly composed of a casing, impeller, air inlet, front cover plate, and transmission group (with brackets below No.6.3C and regulating valves above).
1. The induced draft fan impeller has 16 forward curved blades, and the impeller system is composed of 16Mn. After the impeller is formed, it undergoes dynamic balance correction, so it rotates smoothly and reliably, has high strength and wear resistance, and has a long service life.
2. The induced draft fan adopts a snail shaped whole welded from ordinary steel plates as the casing.
3. The air inlet is made into a convergent flow shaped integral structure, which is fixed to the inlet side plate of the casing with bolts from the front cover plate group.
4. The regulating door is made of ordinary steel plate and has flower shaped blades. It is a device used to adjust the air volume of the fan, with an adjustment range from 90 ° (fully closed) to 0 ° (fully open).
5. The bracket of the induced draft fan No. 6.3C is welded from steel sections.
6. The transmission group consists of a main shaft, a bearing box, etc. The main shaft is made of high-quality steel, and bearings with a diameter of 6.3C or above are cooled by fan blades. The bearing box with a diameter of 6.3C or above is equipped with copper cooling pipes, and the water consumption of cooling lubricating oil is generally considered to be 0.5-1m3/h. The bearing box is equipped with a thermometer and an oil level indicator, and the oil level is determined according to the oil mark.
