When subjected to material damping, the amplitude sharply decreases and the frequency and phase undergo significant changes. These changes are detected by the internal electronic circuit and converted into switch signal output after processing. This product can monitor, control, and alarm the high and low positions of the material tank, and is suitable for various liquids, powders, and granular solids. It is practical, simple, reliable, adaptable, and basically maintenance free. The tuning fork and output are both in working condition, indicated by light-emitting diodes, and can be adjusted according to habits. It is equipped with two power input modes (AC 220V, DC 24V) and multiple output modes (DC current output type, DC voltage output type, relay contact output type). All types have high or low alarm settings. Sensitivity can be set according to the on-site situation.

3、 Selection table for tuning fork level switch

The wiring is shown in the diagram:

Red light: power indicator. Green light: fork status indication.
1. 2 terminals: AC220V。 3: The earth. 4： DC 24V+ 。 5： DC24V-。 6. Terminals 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11 are the output contacts of the relay, which will be described in detail in the following text.
Debugging: When the limit alarm is set to L, the fork body vibration is indicated by the green indicator light turning off. Terminal 6 and 7, 9 and 10 are normally closed, 7 and 8, 10 and 11 are normally open. When an object touches the fork, the fork stops vibrating, the green light is on, and the relay contacts flip. Terminal 6 and 7, 9 and 10 are disconnected, and 7 and 8, 10 and 11 are closed. Adjust the delay knob alarm release delay by 1-60 seconds. When the limit alarm is set to H, the fork body vibration is indicated by a green indicator light. Terminal 6 and 7, 9 and 10 are normally closed, 7 and 8, 10 and 11 are normally open. When an object touches the fork, the fork stops vibrating, the green light is on, and the relay contacts flip. Terminal 6 and 7, 9 and 10 are disconnected, and 7 and 8, 10 and 11 are closed. Adjusting the delay knob can delay the alarm release by 1-60 seconds.

In general, setting the status to segment L is sufficient to select the relay output terminal to achieve upper and lower limit alarms. Sensitivity adjustment: Adjust according to the density of the medium, the lower the density, the higher the sensitivity needs to be adjusted.
In the case of strong on-site vibration, false alarms may occur, and the sensitivity can be reduced to solve the problem. After selecting the status indicator, follow the instructions to connect the wires. After confirming that there is no error, turn on the power and lightly touch the tuning fork end face with your hand to simulate the presence of material. The status indicator light should change state, and it should return to its original state after leaving with your hand. Repeat this several times and confirm that the work is normal before preparing for on-site installation.
