The YEHB-ZNKG intelligent pressure level controller is a pressure level control system that integrates measurement display, remote transmission, communication, and control, using high-performance pressure sensors and imported high-speed microprocessors. It has four alarm outputs, photoelectric isolation 4-20mA output, and RS485 and RS232C communication interfaces. This series of products is widely used in industries such as industrial process control, petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, etc.

3、 Installation method
1. Choose a place that is easy to operate and maintain for installation; Thread or flange
2. The installation location should not have any vibration or trembling. Please specify before placing an order;
3. The installation location must not have a heat source;
4. When installing the immersion type liquid level measurement, the probe should sink to the bottom of the container, and the pressure installation thread should be perpendicular to the ground.
5. If there is sediment at the bottom of the container and it is thick, please specify before placing an order.

5、 Precautions for safe use
1. When handling and installing transmitters, care should be taken to avoid collisions that may affect the performance of the circuit.
2. There is an imported isolation film silicon wafer inside the pressure inlet of the transmitter. Do not touch it with foreign objects manually.
3. Please strictly follow the wiring method for electrical connections,full functionputting-into-type liquid level meterWiring errors can cause damage to the circuit.
4. Installation of immersion type liquid level transmitter, do not use wires to lift heavy objects other than the product.
5. The probe does not require regular dredging, and its structure is designed to prevent blockages, making it extremely convenient to use.
6. During installation and use, wear, punctures, and scratches should be avoided. If the above problems exist on site, protective measures should be taken for the wires. If such problems occur and cause malfunctions, the manufacturer will charge a cost fee for repairs at their discretion.
7. Reminder: In highly corrosive environments, corrosive steam can enter the transmitter through waterproof joints and other parts, corroding the circuit board. In this case, a transparent plastic bag needs to be wrapped around the transmitter to prevent corrosive vapors from entering the transmitter, and the waterproof joint and transmitter cover should be sealed properly. If you encounter any problems during installation and use, please contact our company.
