YDW thermal oil electric heater
The electric heating thermal oil furnace consists of a heating unit (heating tube, high-temperature oil pump, filter), expansion tank, and electrical control cabinet as a complete set of equipment connected to the customer's heating equipment. Users only need to connect the power supply, medium inlet and outlet pipelines, and some electrical interfaces to use it.
Its working principle: The electric heating heat transfer oil furnace uses electricity as its energy source. The heating element is directly inserted into the organic carrier (heat transfer oil) and added directly. Using a high-temperature circulation pump, the high-temperature heat transfer oil is forced to circulate in liquid phase, transferring heat to one or more heating equipment. After passing through the heating equipment, it returns to the heater through the circulation pump, absorbs heat again, and transfers it to the heating equipment. This process repeats itself, achieving continuous heat transfer and raising the temperature of the heated object to meet the heating process requirements.
The thermal oil heater adopts a digital temperature controller for temperature control, with functions of over temperature alarm, low oil level alarm, and over pressure alarm. It is widely used in industries such as chemical, petroleum, machinery, printing and dyeing, food, shipbuilding, textile, and film.

1. Equipped with automatic temperature control operation control and safety monitoring device, the heating process is fully automatically controlled, easy to operate, and easy to install.
2. Able to achieve higher operating temperatures at lower operating pressures.
3. It can achieve stable heating and precise temperature regulation, with a temperature control accuracy of ± 1 ℃.
4. The equipment has a small volume and is flexible to install, and should be installed near hot equipment.
5. Durable: Operating according to proper procedures, the service life can reach more than ten years.
6. The heat transfer medium of the heating system is organic heat carrier - thermal oil, which has a long service life.
