Purpose:

The XS type fiber conveying fan is designed specifically for conveying long viscous fibers and can also transport industrial wood scraps and other materials. The industrial conditions are: the mixing ratio of materials and air in the working medium is ≤ 2, it has the characteristics of non self ignition and non corrosiveness, and its temperature should not exceed 80 ℃.

This fan adopts a direct suction conveying method. It has the characteristics of reducing the length of the conveying pipeline, occupying a small area, and being easy to install. It can effectively prevent blockage caused by the entanglement of long fibers, and has reliable operation, smooth operation, low noise, and is easy to use and maintain.

This fan can also be used for conveying other non viscous materials and general air dust removal.

Structural characteristics

(1) The impeller adopts a welded structure, an open impeller, and its blades are made of wear-resistant alloy steel plates. After machining, they undergo dynamic and static balance correction, and operate smoothly.

(2) The casing is welded into a snail shaped whole shell using ordinary steel plates.

(3) The air inlet is welded together with a reasonable conical integral and integral device, and fixed to the casing with bolts.

(4) The transmission group adopts rolling bearings and lubricating grease.

(5) The bracket is welded from ordinary steel plates and fixed to the casing with bolts.
