purpose
XCT type is a high-temperature drying oven with air blowing and constant temperature. This product is widely used in laboratories of agricultural production, scientific research, medical and health units for drying, heat treatment and heating of test samples. However, it is not suitable for volatile, flammable and explosive materials to avoid explosion.


principle and structure
The lower part of this product's workshop is equipped with a heating wire, and the left side is equipped with a blower device. The temperature controller controls the temperature to be constant and high or low. During operation, air flows into the workshop through the inlet hole at the bottom of the box, is heated by the heating wire, flows into the workshop through the blower device, and is then discharged through the exhaust hole at the top of the box. There is fiberglass insulation material between the studio and the shell of this product, and the shell is made of steel plate.

Digital intelligent temperature controller with PID self-tuning function. The outer shell is sprayed with environmentally friendly metal paint, and the overall appearance is elegant. The inner liner is made of stainless steel material.
