The spray tube used for producing wet wipes needs to be connected to different formulation tanks, and different formulation tanks have different formulations. The current liquid preparation system is manually carried out in a single liquid preparation tank, with each tank connected to a separate pure water tank for dispersed preparation. The automation level of liquid preparation is low, the labor intensity is high, and the liquid preparation is inaccurate, which is not suitable for modern automatic production. In addition, the consistency of the same liquid preparation is poor, which affects the quality of the product.

The distribution tanks are connected to the supply and outlet pipes of the pure water tank through a distribution inlet pipe. Before connecting to the first distribution inlet pipe on the supply and outlet pipe, a water pump and flow meter are installed; The mixing tank is equipped with a mixer, buzzer, and float switch. The inlet and outlet pipes of the mixing tank are respectively equipped with inlet solenoid valves and outlet solenoid valves. The water pump, flowmeter, mixer, buzzer, float switch, and inlet and outlet solenoid valves are electrically connected to the control system 21 through wires. The control system 21 determines the operable mixing tank through the status of the float switch and inlet and outlet solenoid valves. It can integrate different formula mixing tanks into a system with high automation, convenient production management, low labor intensity for workers, and can improve the quality of mixing.
At the same time, only one of the liquid distribution tanks can perform liquid distribution work, and the control system determines which liquid distribution tank can be operated based on the status of the float switch and the inlet and outlet solenoid valves.

5. The two ends of the water pump, flow meter, and outlet solenoid valve are equipped with flexible joints. The inlet end of the inlet solenoid valve is equipped with a flexible joint, and the outlet end of the inlet solenoid valve is connected to the distribution tank.
6. The flow meter measures the inlet water of the mixing tank. When the inlet water reaches the set value for adding formula, the buzzer will sound an alarm to notify manual addition of formula and start the mixer at the same time; When the inlet water volume of the mixing tank reaches the total set value, turn off the water pump and inlet solenoid valve, and start the mixer for delayed mixing.
7. A filtering and sterilization device is installed on the liquid supply and outlet pipe between the pure water tank and the water pump.
Our company's wet wipe dispensing system consists of multiple dispensing tanks connected to a pure water tank to form a centralized dispensing system. Inlet and outlet solenoid valves are installed on the dispensing tank's inlet and outlet pipes, respectively. At the same time, only one dispensing tank is working, and the selection and start status of the other dispensing tanks on the display will be temporarily blocked and cannot be operated. The control system determines which dispensing tank to operate based on the status of the float switch and inlet/outlet solenoid valves of the dispensing tank.
