Water flow gas calorimeter/model of water flow gas calorimeter; HAD-SY-4
The HAD-SY-4 water flow gas calorimeter is a specialized instrument for measuring the high and low calorific values of pipeline gas, natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, coke oven gas, carbonized gas, water gas, semi water gas, and generator gas. At present, it is widely used for quality inspection of urban gas calorific value, thermal efficiency testing of gas stoves and water heaters, as well as scientific research experiments in the gas industry.
The principle of measuring calorific value is that a certain amount of gas sample is completely burned under constant pressure and equal temperature air conditions. The other products produced after combustion are cooled to the original gas temperature, and the water vapor generated by the hydrogen containing components in the gas is cooled into condensed water. The total heat is completely absorbed by the water flow, and the natural test calorific value is calculated based on the water flow and water temperature rise of the calorimeter.
