Product IntroductionThe walking dump truck adopts a four-wheel walking design, which can move forward, backward, and turn, and is driven by one person. During driving, the entire vehicle rides on a long strip of fertilizer base that has been pre stacked. The rotating knife shaft mounted under the frame flips, fluffins, and moves the fertilizer base materials, and after passing by, it is transformed into a new strip stack. Operations can be carried out in open spaces or in workshop greenhouses. A major technological breakthrough of this machine is the integration of crushing function in the later stage of material fermentation. As the material gradually dehydrates, the blade shaft equipped with a crushing device can effectively crush the plates formed by the fertilizer during the fermentation process. This not only eliminates the need for a crusher, but also greatly improves the efficiency of crushing, reduces costs, and fundamentally solves the problem of production volume being constrained by crushers.

The fermentation process adopts microbial aerobic fermentation, which is designed based on the principle of aerobic fermentation, allowing the fermentation bacteria to fully utilize their functions.

Can effectively mix viscous poultry manure with microbial agents and straw powder. Provide a better aerobic environment for material fermentation.

The overall power balance is suitable, the energy consumption is low, and the output is large, which reduces the production cost of bio organic fertilizer.
