However, hotels and villa communities are often far away from urban sewage treatment plants, which brings inconvenience to the centralized treatment of domestic sewage. In order to protect the environment and benefit future generations, we have successfully developed the WSZ-AO series sewage treatment equipment in collaboration with Tongji University. This equipment adopts biological treatment technology, which integrates the removal of B0D5, COD, and NH3-N, and is currently an efficient sewage treatment equipment. It is widely used for domestic sewage treatment in hotels, villa communities, and residential areas, replacing septic tanks with low removal rates and treated effluent that cannot meet national comprehensive discharge standards. Field applications have shown that the WSZ-AO series sewage treatment equipment is an ideal treatment effect and easy to manage device.


working principle:

The removal of organic pollutants and ammonia nitrogen by WSZ-AO series sewage treatment equipment mainly relies on the AO biological treatment process in the equipment. The working principle is at level A. Due to the high concentration of organic pollutants, microorganisms are in a state of oxygen deficiency. At this time, microorganisms are facultative microorganisms, which convert and decompose organic nitrogen in sewage into NH3-N. At the same time, they use organic carbon as an electron donor to convert NO2-N and NO3-N into N2, and also use some organic carbon sources and NH3-N to synthesize new cellular substances. So A-level tanks not only have a certain organic matter removal function, reducing the organic load of subsequent aerobic tanks to facilitate nitrification, but also rely on the high concentration of organic matter in the raw water to complete denitrification and ultimately eliminate nitrogen eutrophication pollution. At level 0, although the concentration of organic matter has significantly decreased, there is still a certain amount of organic matter and high NH3-N present. In order to further oxidize and decompose organic matter, and ensure smooth nitrification while carbonization is complete, an aerobic biological contact oxidation tank with low organic load is set up at level 0. There are mainly aerobic microorganisms and autotrophic bacteria (nitrifying bacteria) in the 0-level pool. Aerobic microorganisms decompose organic matter into CO2 and H2O, while self oxidizing bacteria use the inorganic carbon produced by organic matter decomposition or CO2 in the air as a nutrient source to convert NH3-N in wastewater into NO2-N, NO3-N, The effluent from the 0-level tank flows back to the A-level tank, providing an electron acceptor for the A-level tank and eliminating nitrogen pollution through denitrification.


Main features:

The WSZ-AO series sewage treatment equipment can be buried underground, and the surface can be used as green or square land. Therefore, this equipment does not occupy surface area, does not require building, and does not require temperature insulation.

The WSZ-AO series sewage treatment equipment consists of secondary tanks, which are reinforced concrete structures with a relatively deep burial depth, and another group of steel structures with a relatively shallow burial depth. The steel structure pool adopts domestic interpenetrating network anti-corrosion coating for corrosion prevention. It is an interpenetrating polymer formed by the interpenetrating of rubber and plastic networks. It is resistant to acid, alkali, salt, gasoline, kerosene, aging, abrasion, and rust. After painting, the anti-corrosion service life of the equipment can generally reach more than 15 years.

The A0 biological treatment process in the WSZ-AO series sewage treatment equipment adopts a push flow biological contact oxidation tank, which has a better treatment effect than fully mixed or two-stage series fully mixed biological contact oxidation tanks. And it has a smaller volume than activated sludge tanks, strong adaptability to water quality, good impact resistance, stable effluent quality, and will not cause sludge expansion. At the same time, a new type of three-dimensional elastic packing material was used in the biological contact oxidation tank, which has a large actual specific surface area and is convenient for microbial biofilm formation and detachment. Under the same organic load conditions, it has a higher removal rate of organic matter than other packing materials and can improve the solubility of oxygen in water.

Due to the use of a biological contact oxidation tank in the AO biological treatment process, the volume load of the packing is relatively low, and the microorganisms are in the self oxidation stage, resulting in less sludge production. In addition, the moisture content of the sludge produced by the biological contact oxidation tank is much lower than that of the sludge produced by the activated sludge tank. Therefore, the amount of sludge generated by the WSZ series sewage treatment equipment is relatively small, and generally only needs to be discharged once every 90 days.

The WSZ-AO series sewage treatment equipment not only adopts conventional blower noise reduction measures (such as isolation pads, mufflers, etc.), but also sets up new sound-absorbing materials on the inner wall of the blower room, which reduces the noise level during operation to below 50 decibels and mitigates the impact on the surrounding environment.

The WSZ-AO series sewage treatment equipment is equipped with soil deoxygenation facilities. It utilizes reinforced concrete structure to set up improved soil and air distribution pipes in the upper space of the pool body. When odorous components dissolve in the water contained in the soil through the soil layer, they are then transferred into the soil due to surface adsorption and chemical reactions, and decomposed by microorganisms to achieve deodorization.

The WSZ-AO series sewage treatment equipment is equipped with a fully automatic electrical control system and equipment damage alarm system. The equipment has good reliability, so there is generally no need for dedicated personnel to manage it, only regular maintenance and upkeep are required.



Main design parameters

Regulating pool: The WSZ-AO series has a regulating time of 8 hours.

A-grade biological tank: WSZ-AO series A-grade biological tank is a push flow anoxic tank, with a residence time of 3 hours for sewage in the tank. The filling material is elastic three-dimensional filling material, with a specific surface area of 200m2/m3.

Level 0 biological tank: The WSZ-AO series level 0 biological tank is a push flow biological contact oxidation tank. The sewage stays in the tank for 5-6 hours, and the filling material is elastic three-dimensional filling material with a specific area of 200m2/m3.

Secondary sedimentation tank: The WSZ-AO series secondary sedimentation tank is a vertical flow sedimentation tank with a surface load of 1.0m3/m2 · r and a sedimentation time of 2-3 hours.

Disinfection pool: The WSZ-AO series disinfection pool is a cyclone reaction pool, and the total residence time of sewage in the pool is about 30 minutes.

Sludge tank: The WSZ-AO series sludge tank can store sludge for 90 days, and then it can be transported outside by a suction truck extending from the inlet of the sludge tank to the bottom of the tank for suction.

Equipment installation, debugging, and maintenance

★ Installation: This equipment consists of two sets of tanks, one set is a reinforced concrete structure tank body, and the other set is a steel structure tank body. The reinforced concrete pool body is buried underground, and the steel structure pool body can be buried below the floor or installed on the floor. The civil engineering design drawings for the reinforced concrete pool body and steel structure pool body foundation are provided by our company, and it is required that the excavation width around it must be at least 600mm larger than the design plan size.

According to the installation diagram, use a crane to lift the steel structure pool into place. When installing in place, it must be carried out under the guidance of our technical personnel, and the position and direction of the box cannot be placed incorrectly. Then, our unit is responsible for the pipeline connection between the pools.

After installation, the equipment must be filled with water and tested for leaks at all pipeline interfaces before soil can be filled around the equipment and gaps, and the ground should be leveled. Connect the control line of the electrical control cabinet to the equipment, and connect the electrical control cabinet to the power supply. Pay attention to the direction of the fan and water pump when wiring.

After the installation of the equipment, it is necessary to ensure that there is no water accumulation on the rainy ground, and there should be no heavy objects above the steel structure pool. The equipment should generally not be emptied of internal sewage to prevent groundwater from floating the equipment.

★ Debugging: Our unit is responsible for the debugging work. In order to speed up the debugging progress, bacterial strains can be added. To avoid bacterial loss, the water inflow can be reduced and the fan can be started for aeration until a layer of orange yellow biofilm grows on the packing, which is the completion of packing film hanging. Then, the water inflow can be increased to the rated flow rate. After completing the membrane coating of the packing material, the microorganisms in the A-level biological tank are acclimated by gradually reducing the aeration rate, so that the A-level biological tank is in a state of hypoxia, and the microorganisms on the packing material become facultative microorganisms. Then adaptively operate the microorganisms until they meet the design requirements.

★ Equipment maintenance: A regular maintenance system should be established for the WSZ-AO series sewage treatment equipment, with the main vulnerable components being the fan and water pump. Regularly check the looseness of screws in the fan and water pump, the tightness of the packing hanging, the temperature of the bearings, and the quality and amount of lubricating oil to ensure that all parts are normal. At the same time, check the dosage and remaining amount of disinfectant, and adjust the dosage and supplement disinfectant if necessary. Fans and pumps must be maintained and repaired every 5000-8000 hours of operation.
