The integrated domestic sewage treatment device is mainly used for the purification treatment of domestic sewage with low water volume and other sewage with similar properties, such as suburban residential communities, sanatoriums, schools, hospitals, ports, parks, commercial centers, hotels, farms, military camps, hunting areas, etc. The main processing unit adopts the mature domestic biological contact oxidation process, and new fillers are used in the biological contact oxidation tank to replace traditional fillers, achieving the best effluent effect.

Process Description

After the wastewater is intercepted by the grid machine with a large amount of suspended matter, it enters the regulating tank to balance the water quality and quantity, so that the subsequent bioreactor can continuously and stably obtain influent, and also has a pre-treatment effect on the wastewater. The balanced sewage enters the bioreactor, which is the core facility of the sewage treatment process. It is divided into two sections: the anoxic zone and the aerobic zone. Each section can operate in both anaerobic and aerobic zones in terms of structure and configuration, and is a composite bioreactor that combines the characteristics of fixed culture (activated sludge method) and suspension culture (biofilm method); The bioreactor is filled with special fillers to achieve the best treatment effect. The effluent from the bioreactor enters the secondary sedimentation tank for solid-liquid separation, and the upper clear water is discharged in compliance with the standard. According to the process requirements, both the bioreactor and the regulating tank require air agitation. The air supply can be provided by a blower or by an underwater aerator.
