The new structure of this liquid level transmitter is developed based on the gas conducting cable type anti-corrosion and anti blocking input liquid level transmitter. The WMY-A diffusion silicon level transmitter is a two-wire system, with 4-20mADC output and 24VDC DC power supply. Debugging method:
Unscrew the protective cover to see the zeroing and full range resistors, which can be adjusted by connecting an external standard power supply and an ammeter (0.2 poles or more). The steps are as follows:
◆ In the absence of liquid in the transmitter, adjust the zero point resistor to output a current of 4mA,
Anti corrosion and anti blockingInput type liquid level transmitterAdd liquid to full range, adjust the full range resistor to output a current of 20mA,
Repeat the above steps two or three times until the signal is normal.
◆ After adjustment, tighten the protective cover.

In the formula:

At the same time, the pressure of the liquid is introduced into the positive pressure chamber of the sensor through gas guiding stainless steel, and the atmospheric pressure Po on the liquid surface is connected to the negative pressure chamber of the sensor to offset the Po on the back of the sensor, so that the pressure measured by the sensor is: ρ.g.H, Obviously, by measuring the pressure P, the depth of the liquid level can be obtained.
