The WLRT type heat meter is a household heat meter independently developed by our company that is suitable for China's national conditions and economically practical. The design of this heat meter adopts the most advanced non-magnetic flow detection technology in China, and all technical indicators meet the European EN1434 and Chinese CJ128-2000 "Heat Meter" standards.
The WLRT type thermal energy meter is an electromechanical integrated intelligent thermal energy metering device. This product overcomes the various drawbacks of most domestic heat meters using magnetic flow sensors and adopts non-magnetic, multi flow sensing technology to achieve accurate measurement of heat. This product has the characteristics of beautiful appearance, easy installation, accurate measurement, stable operation, strong anti pollution and anti-corrosion ability, long service life, safety and reliability, and economic practicality. It can be widely used in centralized heating and household metering heating facilities.
Functional Features
The non-magnetic flowmeter adopts a non-magnetic material non-magnetic flow sensor, which is not affected by external magnetic fields and will not adsorb rust and impurities in the pipeline, ensuring accurate measurement for long-term use;
Adopting a spiral guide multi stream method, the tangential stream of the impeller is uniformly pushed, effectively overcoming the significant wear on one side caused by the force on a single stream impeller in one direction, ensuring a wide flow measurement range and high measurement accuracy; No need to add a straight pipe section to adjust the water flow, which improves the flexibility of installation;
The shell is made of high-quality brass and processed by hard mold casting, forging, CNC machine tools, and combination machine tools. It has good mechanical strength and stable and consistent dimensional accuracy. The bearing part is the only worn part. Hard alloy shafts and artificial gemstone bearings can only be processed through special processes, ensuring the stability and accuracy of the product's long-term operation;
The paired temperature sensor adopts German Pt1000 high-precision platinum resistance and is equipped with a precision temperature measurement circuit to ensure high-precision temperature measurement;
Advanced multifunctional and ultra-low power microprocessors have been selected. Adopting optimization measures in both software and hardware design to ensure the long lifespan, low power consumption, and stable operation of the calculator, as well as strong resistance to electromagnetic interference;
