The WLC type IC card purified water meter is used to measure the flow of purified water through pipelines. It adopts the latest measurement technology, with high accuracy, advanced structure, safety and reliability. The product complies with GB/T778-2007 and CJ/T241-2007 standards and is widely used for direct drinking water metering and control in homes, apartments, commercial buildings and other places.
Functional Features
◆ Prepaid function: Water usage information is transmitted bidirectionally through an IC card, with water purchased first and then used. The valve will automatically close and water will be stopped without any fees.
◆ One card function: This meter supports multiple meters on one card and can realize one card for electricity, gas, cold, and hot water.
Display function: Users can intuitively view various information of the water meter, such as the amount of water purchased this time, remaining water, cumulative water consumption, switch valve status, power shortage reminder, etc., with clear and intuitive display.
◆ Pre alarm function: When the remaining water level reaches the set alarm value, the water meter will automatically close the valve to remind the user to purchase water in a timely manner. After swiping the card, the user can continue to use it until the water level reaches zero and close the valve.
◆ Valve closing function: When the remaining water level is zero, the water meter automatically closes the valve, and only the user can open the valve after swiping the card to purchase water.
Low voltage alarm function: When the battery power is insufficient, the water meter automatically closes the valve.
◆ Accumulation limit function: When the recharge amount exceeds the limit, the water meter will not read the purchased water amount in the card until the remaining water amount in the water meter plus the current purchased water amount is less than the limit.
◆ Anti attack function: When the water meter is subjected to external strong magnetic or electric attacks, the water meter will automatically close the valve. Only after the external interference is eliminated can the valve be opened and the attack information will be automatically recorded.
◆ Anti rust function for sewage discharge: The water meter automatically switches on and off once a period of time to achieve automatic drainage of the valve, avoiding scaling, rust and other phenomena of the valve.
◆ "Three Defenses" Function: Fully sealed design, waterproof, leak proof, and attack resistant.

◆ Micro power consumption design, with a static operating current of less than 5 μ A, ensuring a battery life of over 6 years.
The valve adopts a stainless steel floating electric ball valve, which has low pressure loss, low resistance to opening and closing the valve, and low power consumption.
The movement components are made of internationally recognized PP0 material that meets the requirements of pure water and does not pollute the water quality.
The maximum remaining water storage capacity is 6000m3 (adjustable).
