The WAW-600B electro-hydraulic servo testing machine is a high-precision material testing equipment that uses hydraulic power source drive, electro-hydraulic servo control technology, computer data acquisition and processing, and can achieve closed-loop control and automatic detection. It consists of four parts: testing host, oil source (hydraulic power source), measurement and control system, and testing equipment. The WAW-600B electro-hydraulic servo testing machine is a highly versatile product that can meet various standard tests in the national regulations on metal tensile testing. It can also perform tensile, compressive, bending, shear and other types of tests on different materials or products according to other standards. It can obtain performance indicators such as tensile strength, yield strength, specified non proportional tensile strength, elastic modulus, etc. of the tested materials, and can achieve closed-loop control such as constant rate loading, constant rate deformation, constant rate displacement, and constant rate strain. The testing machine is a six column, dual space structure, with a tension space between the upper and lower crossbeams and a compression space between the lower crossbeam and the test bench. The testing space is automatically adjusted by driving the lower crossbeam up and down through the rotation of sprockets and screws. Hydraulic controlled clamping jaws are installed on the upper and lower crossbeams, and standard models are equipped with V-shaped and flat jaws for clamping cylindrical and flat specimens for tensile testing; The bottom end of the lower crossbeam of the standard model is equipped with an upper pressure plate, and the test bench is equipped with a lower pressure plate with a spherical structure, which can be directly used for compression testing.
The design of the mainframe of the testing machine considers the possibility of expanding and assembling other fixtures to complete more experiments.
