Characteristics of Vitamin C Drying Equipment:
(1) Material loss rate: ≤ 0.1%
(2) Process: The material enters the vibrating fluidized bed feeding port through the granulator (a sampling port is made above the fluidized bed feeding port for easy sampling and inspection of granulation effect). After being purified and dried by hot air, and then cooled by purified and dehumidified cold air, it is discharged from the discharge port. Stainless steel 304 bag dust collector is selected for powder collection (stainless steel 304 keel type is selected, spring type is not used; the filter bag must provide verification materials that do not shed flocs or felt).
(3) The equipment body must be insulated, and all hot air section pipelines must be insulated. The insulation skin should be made of 304 material, polished, and the insulation cotton should be made of composite silicate board.
(4) Equipment material: The main body of the fluidized bed and the parts in contact with the material are made of 316L material, all polished with a polishing accuracy of less than 0.4 μ m. All air ducts are made of 316L sanitary pipes, polished with a polishing accuracy of less than 0.4 μ m. All other parts are made of 304 material. Valve components in contact with the material are made of sanitary grade products that meet FDA requirements.
(5) All electrical components are made of Schneider products from France. The fan adopts Shanghai General Fan Co., Ltd., the fan frequency converter adopts Siemens products from Germany, and the motor adopts a variable frequency motor. SEW is used for both the air valve reducer and motor. The PLC adopts Siemens products.
