The LXW-300 gravity pellet selection machine is a supporting equipment on the pellet material linkage production line. For products with non-conforming pill shapes, defects, or multiple stuck pills, they can be automatically selected. It can be widely used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, and chemicals. The selected material falls freely onto the bottom surface of the spiral chute through the discharge port of the hopper, and through the spiral track with equal pitch and unequal diameter, the material that meets the roundness is automatically separated from the unqualified product by the speed difference generated by centrifugal force, and flows into different containers from the bottom. Thus achieving the goal of automatic sorting. The machine consists of three main components: a storage hopper, a spiral chute, and a base. The machine is designed to be lightweight, aesthetically pleasing, easy to operate, and convenient to use. All parts in contact with the material are made of 304 stainless steel material. Meets GMP requirements. The width of the spiral chute for qualified and unqualified products can be adjusted. The bottom plane of the spiral chute is smooth without dead corners, and the material flows smoothly without damaging the material pellets.

1、 Working principle:

The pills are sucked into the hopper at the upper end of the pill selection machine by a suction machine (or manually), and then passed through a spiral track with equal pitch and unequal diameter. The pills that meet the roundness are automatically separated from the unqualified products by the speed generated by centrifugal force, and flow into the product container and waste container respectively from the bottom.

3、 Explanation of Upgraded Design Changes

1. Cancel the original spiral feeding device and add a feeding control and adjustment device to make the feeding process smoother;

3. Add micro vibration motors to prevent material stoppage midway;

4. The cross shaped tripod makes it easier to adjust and move the equipment.
