The LRF type vertical biomass pellet fuel pure air indirect hot blast stove is a new heating product independently developed and designed by our company. The furnace body adopts multi head spiral groove heat exchange and indirect heat transfer technology, integrating combustion and heat exchange design. It is equipped with YLZK-X2 intelligent digital boiler controller, which has functions such as automatic temperature control, over temperature protection, overheating protection, and fan stop protection. It is installed outside the furnace body and easy to operate and maintain. At the same time, the product has the characteristics of compact structure, small footprint, easy installation and operation, high heat exchange intensity, fast heating, clean hot air, high thermal efficiency and stable performance.
The vertical biomass pellet fuel indirect hot blast stove uses clean air as the heat transfer medium, providing an ideal direct heat source for various industries' heating processes. The heating temperature is 200 degrees Celsius, and the stainless steel liner can also be customized to provide heating temperatures of over 300 degrees Celsius. Customers can freely choose according to their drying process requirements.
Working principle
The combustion chamber and heat exchanger of the hot blast stove are integrated, adopting a multi-layer sleeve structure made of all steel plates. The lower part of the furnace core is the combustion chamber, and the upper and surrounding parts are circular heat exchangers. The air and flue gas are both double return paths, each carrying out heat exchange in its own way. In order to improve thermal efficiency, multi head spiral groove heat transfer technology and turbulent flow principle are adopted to reduce the thickness of laminar flow, so that air and flue gas continuously exchange directions during movement, greatly enhancing the heat transfer effect.
working process
The fuel generates high-temperature flue gas in the furnace, which enters the smoke ring under the action of the fan, exchanges heat with the outside air, and is discharged from the chimney through the flue. The cold air is blown into the shell of the hot blast furnace by the blower, flows into the air ring outside the furnace through the top of the furnace, and is supplied to the equipment that needs dry and clean hot air through the hot air outlet pipe.
