M9VG is a mechanized manual plug gauge that provides an accurate solution for measuring the valve seat of cylinder heads.
It performs radial (between the valve seat and the conduit) and roundness measurements using two specially designed probes obtained.
M9VG ScanThe additional scanning system enables complete part inspections such as angle, seat straightness, and seat width measurements.
Each probe is provided with tungsten carbide contacts as standard contacts.
The operator inserts the measuring instrument into the valve guide, and opens the measurement cycle by pressing the button on the plug gauge handle or by pressing an external button.
The system rotates in the high-precision valve seat and performs dynamic inspection; Due to the special transmission joint, the impact of the operator's actions can be minimized as much as possible.
According to the requirements, it can work as an independent system because it integrates a special embedded guide that can also improve measurement performance.
The complete application includes two M9VG plug gauges (one for intake valve seat inspection and one for exhaust valve seat inspection), relevant standard components, and drive device interfaces.
An industrial PC with Quick SPC installed is required to run and manage applications.
