1. The equipment is equipped with multiple independently controlled high vacuum enclosures, which create an anaerobic environment through vacuum pumping and nitrogen filling, for storing easily oxidizable products.
2. The equipment mainly consists of a vacuum box, a vacuum pumping system, and a nitrogen filling system. Each chamber is independently controlled, and oxygen reduction is carried out by first vacuuming and then nitrogen filling. Vacuum pumping and nitrogen filling actions can be programmed or manually set. The control system can display and record the oxygen content and vacuum degree, and support data export.
3. The time between each cabinet is completely independently timed and controlled, using a sealed chamber and not using high flow nitrogen filling to maintain the mold mode.
4. The vacuum system adopts oil-free dry pumps, suitable for clean and dust-free workshops. The vacuum pump and pump body are designed in an integrated manner, and well-known brands are selected.
