5、 Working principle
The upper part of the activated carbon filter is equipped with a water inlet device, and the lower part is equipped with a drainage device. During operation, water enters through the upper part, flows through the activated carbon filter layer, and flows out from the bottom. By utilizing the abundant hydroxyl and other functional groups on the surface of activated carbon, various substances with different properties can be chemically adsorbed to remove odors, organic matter, colloids, iron, and residual chlorine from water. At the same time, the turbidity and chromaticity of the water can be reduced, making the water clear and transparent, and reducing pollution to subsequent systems such as reverse osmosis, ultrafiltration, and ion exchangers.
