Fusion FX6-XT is a fully automatic multi-function imaging system integrating gel imaging, chemiluminescence and multi-color fluorescence (optional).
Adopting the latest generation cooled CCD camera with 6.3 million real pixels, quantitative analysis is more accurate and reliable; 82% @ 520nm quantum efficiency, equipped with f 0.84 large aperture fixed focus lens, with ultra-high detection sensitivity.
Equipped with a sample tray sensor, it does not require repeated focusing and automatically recognizes samples.
It can be upgraded to Fusion FX6-XT Spectra, equipped with RGB Spetra or IR/R/G Spectra, as well as multi wavelength reflective light sources such as Blue and 365nm UV. The unique Pulsed light and Net LED technology improve the frequency and uniformity of the excitation light source, effectively reducing experimental errors.
