VDThe series desktop clean bench is a local purification unit used in sterile and dust-free clean environments in fields such as medicine and health, biotechnology, and scientific experiments.

working principle

The air is compressed into the static pressure box through the primary air filter on the side and the low-noise centrifugal fan, and then evenly blown out from the top through the high-efficiency air filter, forming a high-purity air curtain to remove the original natural air in the work area. The ideal high-purity space is achieved within five minutes after starting up. Adopting an adjustable fan with dual speed to adjust the air volume, and a touch sensitive switch to adjust the voltage, ensuring that the wind speed in the working area is always in an ideal state.

Installation and use

The location of this workbench should be in a relatively clean working room (preferably in a primary purification room of 100000 or 300000 level). After plugging in a 220V AC power supply, it can be turned on according to the functions shown on the control panel. It can be used continuously for two hours during normal sampling. When the power supply is insufficient, it can be recharged repeatedly by plugging in the AC power supply. Before starting up, the working area and shell of the purification workbench should be carefully cleaned to remove surface dust. Normal operation and use can be carried out ten minutes after starting up.

1According to the actual situation, regularly remove and clean the primary filter, with a cleaning cycle of generally 3-6 months. If not cleaned for a long time, dust accumulation will lead to insufficient air intake and reduce the cleaning effect.

2When the ideal cross-sectional wind speed cannot be achieved after normal replacement or cleaning of the primary air filter, the operating voltage of the fan should be adjusted to achieve the ideal uniform wind speed.

3Generally, when the operating voltage of the fan is adjusted to the highest point after 18 months of use and still cannot reach the ideal wind speed, it indicates that the high-efficiency air filter has accumulated too much dust (the filter holes on the filter material are basically blocked and need to be updated in a timely manner). The service life of a high-efficiency air filter is generally 18 months.

4When replacing the high-efficiency air filter, attention should be paid to the correct model, specifications, and dimensions (as configured by the original manufacturer), install the device according to the direction of the arrow, and ensure that the surrounding seal of the filter is sealed and there is no leakage.
