The WSSX-481 bimetallic thermometer adopts 1Cr18Ni9Ti material for its protective tube, joint head, locking bolt, etc. The case is made of aluminum plate stretched and processed with black electrophoretic treatment on the cutting surface. The cover and box are sealed and locked with circular double-layer rubber ring threads, so the overall waterproof and anti-corrosion performance of the instrument is good. The radial instrument adopts a bent tube structure, which is novel, lightweight, and aesthetically pleasing. Bimetallic thermometer is a field detection instrument used for measuring medium and low temperatures, which can be directly used to measure the temperature of liquefied and gas. Compared with glass mercury thermometers, it has the advantages of being mercury free, easy to read, and sturdy and durable.

working principle

The WSSX series electric contact bimetallic thermometer is equipped with an electrical contact device, namely a mechanical electrical contact. When the temperature of the measured medium changes, the thin shaft and steering transmission mechanism on the free end drive the pointer and moving contact to rotate, indicating the temperature change value on the dial. When it comes into contact or disconnects from the fixed contact (upper and lower limit fixed contact), the relay and contactor in the circuit system are activated to achieve automatic control and alarm purposes, which should comply with JB/T8803 1998 standard.

Temperature measurement range: -60-500 ℃

Accuracy level: 1.5, contact action error tolerance is 1.5 times the basic error limit of the indication value

Temperature gauge indication section: (indicated by the outer diameter of the thermometer dial) divided into diameter 60, diameter 100, and diameter 150mm.

Tail pipe length: 75-2000mm.

Tail pipe diameter: 6, 8, 10 (when tail pipe length is 100-1250mm), 12 (when tail pipe length is 1250-2000mm).

Installation threads: M16X1.5, M27X2, G1/2, G3/4. The material of the tailpipe and fixing bolt joints is 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel, with a pressure resistance of 6.4MPa.

Waterproof performance: The shell of the thermometer should be able to withstand water spray from a faucet with a nozzle diameter of 25 millimeters at a distance of 5 meters (nozzle outlet)
