This product is currently a professional grade product in the Daijie product series with good rigidity, high power, and high efficiency. The product adopts a natural marble base, the C-axis adopts a high rigidity OTT turbine worm disc, the A-axis adopts a direct drive DD motor, which can be clamped in both pneumatic and hydraulic ways, and the main shaft adopts a high-power constant torque servo main shaft and Renishaw probe. Adopting a fully automatic pneumatic drag tool holder system, it can batch process 3-32 integral alloy internally cooled and externally cooled alloy drill bits.
