The crushed material enters the self separating micro powder classifier through the discharge bin for classification, achieving the separation of coarse and fine powders. Qualified fine powders are collected by the collector, and coarse particles are re entered into the ball mill for grinding from the lower end of the classifier. The purified gas is discharged by the induced draft fan. Ultra fine ball mill is a device for grinding lightweight and wet materials, which can achieve ultra-fine powder processing (up to 1250 mesh) without being affected by the light weight of the material. It can be used for both wet and dry grinding, and has a wide range of applications.

The lining plates made of high-strength materials have good wear resistance and low maintenance costs. The machine runs smoothly, works safely and reliably, and has a low failure rate. The main bearing adopts a new type of high-precision, wear-resistant, and high-temperature resistant double row roller bearing in China, which can reduce energy consumption by more than 30% compared to ordinary ball mills. During the operation of the ultrafine ball mill, large pieces of material need to go through first or even second crushing. The material is then fed into the first grinding chamber of the ultrafine ball mill by the feeding device through the feeding device. The hollow shaft spiral continuously and uniformly enters the first grinding chamber of the ultrafine ball mill. The grinding chamber is equipped with stepped or corrugated lining plates, and different specifications of grinding steel balls are filled in according to a certain proportion. The transmission device drives the cylinder to rotate, generating centrifugal force. The steel balls are then brought to a certain height by the lining plate and freely fall down, producing heavy impact and grinding effects with the material. This process requires a certain amount of time for continuous impact grinding. After the material reaches coarse grinding in the first grinding bin, the material with qualified fineness enters the second fine grinding bin through a single-layer partition plate. The flat lining plate and fine grinding steel balls in the fine grinding bin further grind the material. The final qualified powder material is discharged through the discharge grate, completing the ultrafine grinding operation.
