Imatest's proprietary ISO standard imatest SFRplus test chart cards - SFRplus test chart cards 10:1&2:1 can be used together with the SFRplus module in Imatest software to measure MTF, lateral color difference, distortion, tone response, and color accuracy, providing fully automated and comprehensive image quality analysis. The SFRplus module has the function of fully automatic detection and analysis of the area. Compared with commonly used graphics cards (such as ISO 12233), SFRplus test cards have significant advantages:

• Fully utilize the map card area
• Can generate sharpness maps on the sensor surface
• Low contrast, better measurement accuracy
• Fully supports automated testing

The SFRplus image card provides a very detailed and comprehensive sharpness map of the imaging system's field of view. Can be used in a wide range of testing scenarios, including systems with fisheye lenses, such as automotive imaging systems. SFRplus has standard flat dimensions, pre twisted dimensions, and micro dimensions. This chart offers multiple contrast ratios: 4:1 (compliant with ISO 12333:2017+standard), 10:1, dual tone 10:1, and 2:1.

• Fully utilizing the space on the chart: The SFRplus chart utilizes the entire chart space, while the actual usage rate of the standard ISO test card is only about 10%, meaning only 10% of the content can be used for data-driven analysis.

• More information that is beneficial for analyzing signal processing, such as sharpening and denoising, which cannot be collected using ISO charts.

Contrast selection

• 10: The contrast between 1 and 2:1 can be used to analyze the response of nonlinear signals
• 10: Only one contrast helps analyze the 3D chart analysis of the entire shooting range
• 4: The contrast is consistent with the 2014 version of ISO-12233 standard

Selection of aspect ratio

• A test chart of 5 x 9 blocks, with a scale suitable for a typical 3:2 DSLR camera and a typical 16:9 HDTV format.
• A test plot of 5 x 7 blocks, with a scale of 4:3 suitable for typical card cameras and mobile phones.
