2、 Structural principle
Magnetic flap level gaugeThe main body is made of stainless steel material, and anti-corrosion PP (polypropylene) and F46 (tetrafluoroethylene) materials are optional. The magnetic float floats up and down inside the main conduit with the rise and fall of the measured medium liquid level, and uses the principle of magnetic coupling to indicate the rotation of the red and white flip columns, thereby achieving clear dual color display of liquid level height.

5、 Repair
The UHZ-518 series magnetic flip column level gauge, C-type side mounted, is mainly used for various containers that can be installed and observed from the side. The D-type top mounted type is mainly used for various underground tanks, tanks, pools, and containers, as well as containers that are not suitable for side openings. Note: T-type is a container suitable for opening holes at the bottom of tanks and for installation and observation. 4、 Installation: Refer to Figure 1 and Figure 2
If it is necessary to change the indicator position, please identify the position of the liquid level float after the change and tighten the indicator with a clamp (which has been adjusted before leaving the factory).
Precautions for installation of magnetic flap level gauge
1. Before use, the small balls below the zero position should be set to red and the other balls to white using a calibrated magnetic flip plate level gauge steel for easy viewing;
2. The measured medium should not contain solid impurities or magnetic substances inside to avoid jamming the float and causing measurement inaccuracy;
3. When opening the bottom flange blind plate and installing the magnetic float, attention should be paid to the heavy end with the magnetic end facing upwards and not inverted;
4. The installation position of the magnetic flap level gauge should avoid or be far away from the inlet and outlet of the material medium to avoid affecting the accuracy of level measurement due to rapid changes in the local area of the material fluid;
5. The liquid level gauge must be installed vertically to ensure that the magnetic float can move freely up and down inside the main tube;
6. According to the condition of the measuring medium, the main tube should be cleaned irregularly to remove impurities and avoid jamming the float, which may result in inaccurate measurements;
7. When debugging, the upper guide valve should be opened first, and then the lower valve should be slowly opened to allow the medium to enter the main pipe smoothly (during operation, it should be avoided that the medium rapidly impacts the float, causing severe fluctuations and affecting the accuracy of the display).

5、 Repair
