◇ Working principle

The UHC series magnetic flip column level gauge, also known as magnetic float level gauge or magnetic flip plate level gauge, is connected to the container through a gas phase and liquid phase connection flange. According to the principles of buoyancy and magnetic coupling, the magnetic float inside the measuring cylinder drives the dual color flip column on the external display of the measuring cylinder to rotate 180 ℃ and display red (reverse rotation of 180 ℃ displays white) with the rise (fall) of the measured liquid level, achieving the purpose of measuring and displaying the position of the measured liquid level. Each magnetic flip column has a dual color axial symmetrical structure, with a spacing of 10mm or 20mm between the two magnetic flip columns. White and red are used to indicate the gas phase and liquid phase, respectively. The lower white indicates the liquid phase, while the upper red indicates the gas phase. The junction of red and white is the boundary between liquid and gas phases. This level gauge can also be used for interface measurement of two different density media. This product complies with HG/T2742-95 The flange complies with HG/20592-97 standard.

The liquid receiving components of the UHC series magnetic flip column level gauge are made of materials such as 321, 316, 316L, 304, 321 lined with PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene), PVC, PP, etc., ensuring stable and reliable operation. The measuring tube is completely isolated from the liquid level display part, liquid level transmitter, and alarm switch in terms of pressure resistance and gas resistance; 3. Each model can be equipped with one or several ON/OFF alarm switches to achieve automatic high and low liquid level alarms; 7. Each model can be equipped with a 4-20mA liquid level sensor for remote centralized measurement and control.

◇ Additional function selection options

To meet the needs of different occasions and environments, the following options can be added: 1. Each model can be equipped with a passive self holding ON/OFF alarm switch to achieve automatic control or alarm of high and low liquid levels; 2. Each model can be equipped with a 4-20mA liquid level sensor for remote centralized measurement and control. 3. The bottom drain valve of the liquid level gauge is convenient for draining during use.
