Working principle
The purpose of separation is to separate substances with different mass ratios in the mixed liquid: separation forms include solid-liquid separation, solid solid separation, liquid-liquid separation, and solid-liquid separation.
When the mixed liquid enters the inner cavity of the high-speed rotating drum through the feeding port, the solid substances with higher specific gravity in the mixed liquid quickly settle to the inner wall of the drum under the acceleration of centrifugal force, and are discharged from the drum body through the solid phase outlet by the spiral pusher; At the same time, light phase substances with lower specific gravity form an inner material liquid ring under the action of centrifugal force, and are discharged from the outside of the drum through the liquid phase overflow port. The drum and the screw pusher operate at high speed simultaneously, and due to the certain speed difference between the two, the solid substances settled on the drum wall are continuously pushed by the screw pusher to the slag outlet for discharge, and the entire separation process continues.
