The energy-saving tunnel oven adopts a precise temperature control system, controlled by PID microcomputer, with three internal heating zones for indirect drying. The moisture content of the products heated and dried by the tunnel oven is low.

The furnace adopts an independent temperature zone isolation structure, heated by far-infrared stainless steel electric heating tubes, with a wide and unobstructed infrared irradiation surface. The system can be equipped with an enhanced exhaust mechanism to further improve the temperature uniformity and cleanliness of the product environment. The control adopts a single loop intelligent adjustment method, which has the characteristics of stable temperature control and convenient adjustment.
