MS-YCTuning fork level gaugeIt is a new type of level switch. A tuning fork is excited by a crystal to produce vibration. When the tuning fork is immersed in a liquid or solid, the vibration frequency changes, which are detected by electronic circuits and output as a switch signal. The tuning fork type level switch, also known as the "electric float", can be used in any situation where a float switch is used or where a float switch cannot be used due to structure, turbulence, agitation, bubbles, vibration, or other reasons. Due to the absence of moving parts, this level switch does not require maintenance or adjustment and is an upgraded product of the float switch. Widely used in tap water, mineral water, pulp, glue, dyes, mud, alkaline solutions, acid solutions, beer, beverages, petrochemicals, light industry, food, water treatment, liquids that can generate gases, solid powders or particles with good fluidity. Alarm and control the upper and lower limits of the material level.
Product features:
1. Strong adaptability: Different electrical parameters and densities of the tested medium do not affect the measurement. Scaling, agitation, turbulence, bubbles, vibration, moderate viscosity, high temperature, high pressure and other harsh conditions have no effect on the detection;
2. No need for calibration: As the detection of the tuning fork level switch is not affected by the electrical parameters and density of the measured medium, no on-site calibration is required for any medium being measured;
3. Maintenance free: As the detection process of the tuning fork level switch is completed by electronic circuits without moving parts, it does not require maintenance once installed and put into use.

Use and maintenance of tuning fork level gauge switch:
1. The feeding hole cannot be directly aligned with the tuning fork. If it cannot be avoided, in order to prevent large compacted materials from falling onto the tuning fork, a protective plate or cover must be installed more than 20cm above the tuning fork to avoid damaging the fork body. If the material is transported by air, an air deflector can be installed.
2. In situations with strong vibration, a rope can be used to lift the fork head (special orders are required).
3. Do not place the instrument in direct sunlight. If there is direct sunlight, a heat shield can be installed.
4. The installation of the shell should make the cable outlet hole face downwards and seal it with a rubber ring to prevent water droplets from seeping into the shell.
5. Before use, check the operation and delay of the instrument. Only when there are no errors can it be put into operation.
6. The instrument should be regularly inspected to remove sediment from the fork body.
7. The grounding wire should have good contact with the container wall or the ground, and the grounding resistance should be less than 2 Ω.
8. The tuning fork limit switch is usually installed on the side to detect the upper and lower limit positions of the material height on the side wall of the compartment. When it is inconvenient to open holes on the side of the compartment, top installation can be used, and the position should be selected to avoid material level impact.

1. Please indicate all parameters according to the selection label;
2. Also indicate the medium name, temperature, and pressure;
3. When measuring the material level, indicate the material name, particle size, and capacity;
4. If using other flange standards, please indicate the standard number;
5. Please indicate whether a flange protective cover or protective plate is required.
Installation precautions for tuning fork level gauge:
When installing on the side, the installation mark must be tilted vertically upwards or downwards with the probe head tilted downwards by about 15 ℃. When installing the pipeline, the direction mark must point in the same direction as the pipeline.
