Overview: This is an economical new regulation pressure gauge. Due to its simplest structure, easiest operation, and low failure rate, it is widely used in calibration and verification factories as a production calibration equipment. It is also the one with the largest shipment volume from our company.
Purpose: To calibrate precision pressure gauges; Verify digital pressure gauges/meters; Verify pressure transmitters; Used for verifying pressure sensors and other purposes; Or in situations where precise pressure values are needed as a benchmark to calibrate other systems.

Working medium: According to national standards, transformer oil or a mixture of transformer oil and kerosene is used below 25MPa, and sebacic acid diester is used above 25MPa (excluding 25MPa).

Performance characteristics:
1. Complies with the national metrological verification regulations of JJG59-2007 Piston Pressure Gauge and JJG99-2006 Weights.
The piston cylinder and piston rod are made of tungsten carbide material with high strength, high hardness, and low temperature expansion coefficient, which improves the wear resistance of the piston and reduces the linear expansion coefficient and deformation coefficient of the piston rod and piston cylinder.
The nominal range and measurement range are consistent, and can be equipped with kg weights and MPa weights.
There are two shut-off valves installed, which can promptly close the pressure between the tested systems, facilitating the calibration of large capacity chamber instruments. It can also be used for fine-tuning.

The second-generation new concealed stable structure increases the stability of piston operation and effectively avoids the phenomenon of piston system swinging and fracture.
Equipped with a quick pressure connector, it can be tightened by hand to achieve a sealing pressure of 100MPa.
