The tubular UHT sterilizer is widely used in fully automated systems for aseptic and non aseptic heat treatment of liquid food, and is suitable for a wide range of products and can be used to sterilize products containing fibers and particles.
The production capacity of the UHT sterilization machine series from Yirui Company can range from 1-30T/H, and the commonly used sterilization temperature is 90-140 ℃, which can be connected to any filling machine (sterile or other types). The sterilization machine and control system are installed on the chassis, and the control components are all international brand products, including PLC programmable controllers and industrial control screens, steam pressure reducing and regulating valves, diversion valves and stabilizing valves, material pumps, and hot water pumps. All other liquid fittings such as valves and pipe fittings are selected with high quality and reliability.
This machine is designed for high-precision temperature control. The product is pumped from the balance tank, preheated to homogenization temperature, and then preheated to 90-95 ℃ to stabilize the milk protein. The system uses hot water for pre sterilization in the circulation loop to save energy. The diameter, shape (straight or corrugated), and selection of tube bundles are determined by the needs of the product. Each set of heat exchangers only requires 4 O-ring washers (only on the medium end), which only need to be inspected once a year. You can choose hot filling, such as 90 ℃.
