usage method:

1Prepare several clean and dry colorimetric tubes on the colorimetric tube rack.

2Add water sample to the colorimetric tube using a pipette or pipette.

2.1 Accurately measure5mlAdd distilled water to the colorimetric tube (zero point).

2.2 Accurately move them separately5mlTake each water sample and add it to its colorimetric tube in sequence (water sample).

3Add total phosphorus reagent (1) to each colorimetric tube in sequence, tighten the digestion tube cover and shake well. When the digestion instrument reaches the temperature, the buzzer will beep briefly to prompt. Insert the digestion tube into the digestion hole, cover it with a protective cover, and press the "confirm" button. The digestion instrument will start timing the digestion.

4. After the digestion is completed, the digestion instrument buzzer will sound a long beep, and pressing any key can cancel the long beep prompt. Place the digestion tube on the digestion tube rack and cool it to room temperature (either natural cooling or water cooling is acceptable).

5After cooling to room temperature, add sequentially0.2ml（4Drip the total phosphorus reagent (II), cover and shake well, then let it stand30s(including blank space);Join in sequence0.3ml（6Drip the total phosphorus reagent (III), cover and shake well, then let it stand for color development10 minutes, directly detect on the instrument.
