application area
G38Total chromium water quality analyzerIt can be widely used for water quality testing in research institutes, sewage engineering, water environment testing, petrochemicals, metallurgy and steel, biomedicine, food and dairy industry, wool textile printing and dyeing, electronic machinery, aquaculture, photovoltaics, leather, papermaking, and other fields.
Detection Principle
In acidic solution, trivalent chromium in the sample is oxidized to hexavalent chromium by potassium permanganate. Hexavalent chromium reacts with diphenylcarbazide to form a purple red compound. After improvement, the absorbance of iron ions at a specific light source wavelength is measured. The light source emits a light source signal to the sensor, which is processed by an ARM processor to directly feedback the sample concentration value, displayed in mg/L.
